Would like to thank the excellent mechanic (sorry, we didn’t find out your name), who repaired my son Peter’s bike, quickly and efficiently! We found ourselves temporarily unable to continue with our ride along the Monsal Trail, when my son’s chain became wedged between the bottom bracket and the smallest chainring on the front chainset. Fortunately this happened about 30m from your workshop, and after about 20 minutes of removing the chainset and realigning the chain, we were good to go!

We continued with our day as planned, riding all the way to Bakewell and back along the glorious Monsal Trail, and returning to our campsite in Blackwell. Thank you again – excellent, friendly and knowledgeable service, we will definitely be returning! Best wishes, the Lowther Family.
