Just back from a lovely holiday in the Peak District, and one of the highlights was undoubtedly the day we cycled the Monsal Trail. A beautiful day with breathtaking scenery was added to by the friendly and helpful service we received on arrival. Good quality bikes at a reasonable price. Hired the electric bikes and loved them, easy sight seeing along the Monsal Trail and into Bakewell with very little effort. Loved it so much went again the following week and spent most of the day on them, great fun. Staff really friendly and helpful and offer great places for pub food around the area. Highly recommended. What a fantastic day my family and I had on the Monsal Trail. Thanks to the very professional ,courteous staff at Blackwell Mill Cycle Hire. Our party consisted of 6 adults and grandsons age 2 and 4 who were kitted out with a pod and a weehoo attached to the adult bikes. My wife and I hired electric bikes...the best thing since sliced bread! My wife thought she was Steve McQueen in the great escape. Highly recommended for a great day out. Steve J Hammett

The Monsal Trail is a great day out with great scenery to see especially whilst cycling on bikes hired from Blackwell Cycle Hire who provided an excellent friendly service. Kids loved going through the tunnels and most of all we could cycle safely away from busy roads. This is a must do with or without the kids! Caroline Moston

Wow! Spent a Wonderful day along the Monsal Trail today. I hadn't cycled for a VERY long time but the guys at Blackwell Mill cycle hire were so helpful. They checked the bike and helmet were correct for me; and provided detailed information about the route. Friendly service and a great day out. Couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you Janice
