Efficient friendly helpful people, nice bikes especially the electric ones just right for us

Amazing day cycling at Blackwell Mill trail. Very helpful, full of good advice on where to stop for something to eat or drink. We are not strong cyclists but really enjoyed it. Great price too. Thank you; will definitely come back. T&H&M

A fantastic day out, the Monsal Trail is stunning, and 8 and a half miles into Bakewell and back is just enough for non-regular cyclists. The guys at Blackwell Mill cycle hire are really helpful; the bikes were great, and the tips about where to stop, where to eat and where to park the bikes in Bakewell were really useful. Went on the spur of the moment, having not pre-booked. The staff were all incredibly helpful and accommodating, both in regard to the bikes they hired us and advice on the route we were planning to take. The bikes were well maintained, with mudguards, which were much appreciated when the rain made its inevitable appearance, and the locks supplied enabled us to explore different places without fear of the bikes being at risk. We had a great day , thanks to you all

Incredibly easy to arrange, very helpful and friendly service. Provided a map of the route and were available for further support if needed. The whole process was efficient and smooth. The bikes were clean and excellently maintained. Highly recommend. Well priced, and the hire was for the whole day. Give them a call!! Also, they are right at the start of the trail, so the location is perfect as well.

Excellent quality bikes and very friendly service. The bike shop is situated right at the start of the trail and in a beautiful location. Just factor in a bit of a walk from the Wyedale car park to the bike hire.
