Can’t recommend Blackwell Mill cycle hire enough. Paul came to our rescue, an angel in disguise.

We had just started the Monsal Trail bike ride and the chain on my disabled son’s tandem got jammed. We didn’t hire any bikes from the company, but after I struggled trying to fix it on my own for a while, Paul came to our rescue. He went above and beyond to get us sorted (wheel and chain came off). I offered to pay but he declined. He was a good Samaritan. I’m a retired teacher and was impressed how staff talked to and inspired a party of school children for a ride. If I was needing to hire bikes for my family or school party I wouldn’t hesitate. 5 stars from me.
