Just got back from a fantastic Mother’s Day Cycle ride with my wife and daughter and her boyfriend.
I was a bit worried beforehand that the ride would be too onorous for my 56 year old out of shape body, especially as I hadn’t ridden a bike for about 8 years.

However the bikes were so good and the route so flat and easy that it was no problem. I would really recommend this as a wonderful day out. The people are friendly and the bikes are high quality. The trail is superb and it is great to be able to cycle through the tunnels. It is also excellent value.
