I just wanted to write a review about the owners of this company.
They are the most helpful and friendly people I have met in a long time.
We we’re on holiday at a campsite not far from where Blackwell mill cycles is situated. We had decided to take a walk down a very steep hill towards the monsil trail, we had our dad with us who is 73 years old and suffers with COPD.
Once we’d had a walk around near Blackwell my dad started feeling unwell and told us he couldn’t make it back up the hill!
We decided to take him to Blackwell cycle hire and see if there was any way we could get our dad back to his caravan without having to climb the hills.
Without any hesitation or thinking the owner told us that her husband would drive our dad to his caravan.
They were so friendly and willing to help!
We will definitely be returning to Blackwell mill cycle hire to hire bikes because these are the type of people we would love to see again and use their business.
