Thanks for a great day out. The Monsal Trail lived up to all expectations – beautiful scenery along the route and a fantastic service from all at Blackwell Mill Cycle Hire. We highly recommend this as a day out for anyone visiting the Peak District – it was one of the highlights of our week.

Aside from the amazing views and the pleasure of travelling such a picturesque route in our own time, the day was topped by your friendly and helpful attitude. You obviously care greatly about making sure your customers enjoy their day and we really appreciated the help you gave us finding a camp site for the night, despite being rushed off your feet on a very busy day. Such freely given customer care is rare these days.

All the best for the future – we’re sure the Trail will become one of the must-do activities of a visit to the area.
