Absolutely loved this! We called ahead, as we were a bit worried it might be busy on a Sunday, and the helpful member of staff took our details and said they would have our bikes ready for us. When we arrived, everything was sorted out very quickly, and we were on our way! We set off about 11:00 a.m., with a map and very helpful tips from the staff, and we thought we would definitely be dropping the bikes way before the deadline of 4:30 pm. However, the day went so fast, and we were back at the cycle hire centre at 4:15 pm! We hired nonelectric bikes because we wanted to take our time and notice our surroundings. We cycled up to the Thornbridge brewery and had a wonderful day. The bikes were great quality, and the staff was helpful, professional, kind, and polite, as well as being very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.
