We pre booked our bikes. This meant they were ready in this busy period. The staff were very friendly and explained the Monsal trail route and provided a map.

The bikes were good (Dates and Saracen), and looked better than a lot on other bikes on the route.

This is 2nd time we’ve hired from here, and would recommend them.
