Great experience, very friendly and helpful staff. Adjusted the seat before we left and gave us a map, although we didn’t really need one.
The trail is straightforward the entire way to Bakewell. A lock is included for peace of mind for stopping to have a coffee or picnic. Definitely the best place to start, as you can get to Bakewell in plenty of time for lunch.

Parking is easy –  a nice 10-min walk along the stream. The weather was great as well – 😎 a lovely blue sky all day.
