From the moment we stepped into the shop, the friendly staff went above and beyond to help us get our bikes ready. They even provided a map of the trail with recommended stops!

We visited on their opening day this year, and the customer service was outstanding. This is definitely the place to go for great rental bikes on the Monsal Trail. And don’t forget to grab a coffee and a chocolate bar for extra energy!
