You must try Blaxkwell Mill cycle hire for a great day out on the Monsal Trail! We rented two electric bikes for our leisurely 3 1/2 hour ride to Hassop and back and as well as being great fun and much easier than a regular cycle, you do still have to pedal so we got some exercise too!

The scenery was stunning, even on a drizzly day, and all the tunnels were well lit. It was nice to see so many people enjoying the Monsal Trail and with the aid of the electric bikes we made the 15 mile round trip easily even though we are not regular cyclists. The staff at the bike hire were knowledgable, friendly and helpful and we will definitely do this again next time we are in Derbyshire.
